I brought my Freightliner Cascadia to this shop to replace a knock sensor. Before starting, I have asked the mechanic Dell, how long the job and part delivery would take. He told me it would take about 2–3 hours, so I agreed. However, I have waited 5 hours just for the part to arrive. I asked multiple times about the delay, and Dell kept saying they were also ordering parts for another truck, so we had to wait. The dealer is only 8 miles away, which makes this delay unacceptable. Absolute god send. Got the issue fixed. And did it roadside where alot of other repair services won't go or charge exhorbantly. Would absolutely recommend and if needed, are now my go-to for the albuquerque area
