Dropped in two days in a row and Lisa and Anthony were fantastic coaches. Thorough from minute 0-60. The community built by the owners is unreal. I was introduced, welcomed, and had countless members introduce themselves to me. This is what CrossFit was and here it still is.

Very welcoming! Never done CrossFit before and Lisa & her husband make you feel very comfortable learning! Highly recommend - plus everyone is so nice!

What a wonderful place I can't say enough good things about them came for a free class very welcoming and know their stuff great coaches who can scale workouts to you 2 thumbs up to you you really do live up to your name

Lisa is an amazing trainer. Passionate about her work and enthusiasm as well as a sense of humor. I’m in pain and that’s good because before going to this place I didn’t even think I could get into shape again. I’m 55 and have not taken care of myself. Non judgmental and very accepting- they work with you from where you are at. Make no mistake- they are there to kick your as and that they will do - but in a supportive and up building way !! I LOVE IT !!
