Karen was such a huge help after I found out I had cardiac PVCs. She was such a wealth of knowledge and helped me to come up with a “heart healthy” plan of action. Since joining a small group she held, I have a reminder set on my calendar to daily remind myself to take deep breaths, to take a break from sitting and working, and a reminder to exercise. Her program was such a huge help!
