I have been a long-time client of Mr. Kelly. I started out with him when he was in Jacksonville, FL over 25 years ago getting my hair cut and styled. Then he left Jacksonville, FL and moved to Atlanta, GA, so I started going to Atlanta to get my hair done. Now he is in Valdosta, GA and I still go to him even though I live in Jacksonville, FL. Ladies I would like for you all to know All Heads Barbershop is not just for men.I went there today to get my hair trim.Believe it or not I had a different experience when Mr. R. Kelly trim my hair.Mr. R. Kelly was very professional, he wore a face mask and gloves while doing my hair. He even ask that his clients wear face mask too.
