The therapists do a very good job. I recommend them to everyone. I love doing my therapy there
It's not even 5 pm and they are already closed, I came in last week around 4pm and two women of Indian descent came out (one with an attitude) and said they were closed. They need to update there hours.
Extremely unprofessional. They stopped taking my mothers insurance and didn’t even bother to call me to let me know. I only found out because I called to ask if her insurance accepted her evaluation to start therapy. Otherwise we would’ve just kept waiting. I then found a new clinic and called them to have the referral sent. “I’ll call you back in one hour.” I called back and the lady that spoke to me left, without ever handling the referral situation.
