Very professional and was nice to squeeze in our stairs for cleaning. Moved things if needed. Very nice and prompt as well.
Decided to start off new year with clean carpets! Found All Hands Carpet Cleaning through search of posts on community Facebook page. The reviews were spot on! Quick response, great customer service and super easy to schedule appointment and accommodating with several different ways to pay. Tommy did an amazing job, spent extra time on some deep stains and offered to return and spot treat if any stains resurface. I also had an arm chair cleaned and it looks great! We used this company couple times and was very satisfied with their service until they delivered our rug that wasn’t completely dry and didn’t give any instructions or warning about taking the rug immediately out of the plastic bag. I called because we saw that the rug started to get some mold while the rug was sitting on our living room in the bag, told them that we were having that issue and if we could get it fixed somehow , we didn’t put the rug back immediately because we were out of town and had already replaced it wit... read more
