Purchased a system from valley environmental a number of years ago. They shut business down without notification leaving my lifetime warranty and service program worthless. Found Jacob and he was kind enough to return my call. Then eventually got me parts to test my system and change filters. Even when he didn’t have to, he talked me through the process. I can’t thank him enough
I had a great experience with service that Jacob provided. He was friendly, professional and most of all very thorough with the entire process that is replacing the filters. He cleaned all the connection points, did the proper water tests, replaced all the filters and checked the settings on the water softener. He did this all while he was walking me through the process and explaining every detail. Our RO and softner system was installed several years ago by Valley Environmental. We live in a somewhat rural area and after they went out of business, we could not find anyone to service our water system anymore. We found Jacob's number in our old Valley Environmental paperwork and decided to give him a call to see if he had any contacts or suggestions.
