We had our water system installed by Valley Environmental years ago. We love our system and the drinking water. We found out that Valley Environmental was no longer in business. Thankfully, we found Jacob who was one of their plumbers and who worked on our system before. He was able to help us figure out the issue with our system and now it is back and running. Jacob is amazing and knowledgeable. Thank you, Jacob!
I purchased my unit from Valley Environmental Resources and when I went to call them to get my unit serviced, I found out they were no longer in business. Luckily I found a business card that Jacob gave me and tried calling. I'm so glad I found him! He came over a day later and serviced my softener system and my RO system. He did a great job like he used to. Highly recommend!

Luckily I found Jacob on an online forum and it seemed several people are using him after they also found out that Valley environmental went bankrupt. I'm so glad I found him! He came over and spent time and showed me how the unit works and answered any questions I had about it. He did a very thorough job servicing my units! Highly recommend!
Purchased a system from valley environmental a number of years ago. They shut business down without notification leaving my lifetime warranty and service program worthless. Found Jacob and he was kind enough to return my call. Then eventually got me parts to test my system and change filters. Even when he didn’t have to, he talked me through the process. I can’t thank him enough
