AJ (Adrian) and Rick are great service and install technicians. They are knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of your property and try do the job right the first time. They let you know the best way to proceed depending on the issue. They are neat and cleanup when their job is complete.
We ordered a combination of electric and manual roll down hurricane shutters, as well as accordion shutters, to fully protect our home from storm damage. We got several estimates from different companies,but some were unable to offer buildouts for our lanai. All Guard was able to accommodate all our requests and at a very competitive price. Are they still open for business? Several weeks ago, I called for service and had them remove accordion shutter panels on windows that I was having replaced. I called back last Monday to schedule Having the panels reinstalled and was told someone would call me back by the end of the day. No one ever called back. Now,, no one answers the phones whether it is to schedule service or if you answer the prompt for a new installation
Excellent. I am a repeat customer. This second time around I was pleased to work with Victoria to place my order. Then some weeks later, came the install. I am pleased to say that AJ and Rick did a great job. Very professional. Shortly after, the inspector came. I followed him asking a few questions. Ultimately, he said everything looked good. No problems. Since then, the shutters have received numerous compliments.
