All Guard Storm Shutters just completed a fairly major Bertha HV perimeter accordion hurricane shutter installation on the front and rear balconies of my beachside condo. (James and Adrian) All Guard says what they'll do, and does what they say (somewhat rare these days). The Installational Department (Victoria and Robin) was very good at keeping me updated regarding the installation. I had a "can... read more

I made two attempts/phone calls with Robin to make an appointement for repair of a hurricane shutter with the response of "Be patient I will get back with you." After waiting a week and no response I sent a letter to the president of the poor customer service. Two weeks later we received a vm from Robin simply saying "Call me"------ seriously?? They were communicative and their install team was professional and courteous. The discussion at the beginning of the job was executed with accuracy even though it took awhile for the shutters to come in. They did not lose track of the details and made sure everything was right. Their team vacuumed up work debris from walkways and pool deck. Would recommend

We just had hurricane shutters installed by All Guard. The price was reasonable and we also received a military discount. We had our installation done by the team of James and Benny! They arrived on the date and time that was scheduled, which is always a plus. They were hardworking individuals. We found them to be both professional and polite. We are very happy with the results. We have no hesitation recommending All Guard!
