Sad service...after 20 years of being a customer, treated us terribly when looking at installing a new system. Unprofessional and overpriced. Their sales proposition was to bad mouth their competition rather than promote their own services. Sales team is unresponsive. A once strong local company is going down the drain quickly. Living off of past success will only last so long.....
Jon, was the technician that came to our new facility. He was very knowledgeable about the alarm system that was set up in our building. Was patient with all my questions and didnt get annoyed. Very greatful for that. I would recommend him to anyone who wanted to have an alarm system to be installed.
This was my first interaction with one of their technicians. Francisco was very friendly, thorough and professional. The entire experience was great. Kudos!
