Great service our technician Keith was outstanding, he was very responsive and knowledgeable .
Greg and Dustin did an amazing job at both of our properties (110 units total). Very knowledgeable inspectors, I would absolutely recommend them. Explained any issues we had, and amazing customer service skills. Thank you, All Guard for your prompt attention to our need.
Big shout out to Keith Thorne, Service Manager Extraordinaire!! Our alarm system is almost 30 years old (put in by a company All Guard acquired a few years ago). We had been having some issues. Turns out that rats had chewed through some of the wires (UGH!!). Keith figured it all out and replaced and re-wired everything that needed to be replaced. He also figured out why the alarm sometimes went off at random times- even when it wasn’t turned on!! And he fixed that too. He was here until 7:30 pm working on everything!! Super... read more
