Great Box in Parramatta!! Excelent and profesional coaches, that support, teach you and also make you improve your performance. Beatiful home atmosphere, with all the Box mates, makes you feel so good. I am from SPain, and I come occasionaly, and for me is being like at home. Highly recommended!!!
Have recently joined All Grit after having a few years off CrossFit after injuring myself. I was nervous getting back into it, yet Simon has been so amazingly supportive in his suggestions and guidance to ensure I don’t end up over doing it and injuring myself again. The community at All Grit is wonderful. Down to earth people who all just want to get fitter and stronger.
