I had Kerry installed my irrigation system in spring of 2022. To start up the system in 2023 and fix some issue caused by improper installation, I tried to reach him out by phone, text message and email, I never got any responses. Very bad service!
Kerry installed our irrigation system 2 years ago. Whenever I called he was unavailable to service our system. We had a different company come out to open our system for the season. Our irrigation system had to have many valve boxes replaced as well as a large portion of wiring. $2000 later some of the issues have been resolved. The reputable company that came out did not believe me that a licensed technician installed the system. Good luck getting Kerry to come back and fix any issues if there are any. Kerry installed an irrigation system in my home, but in the process sliced through my backwash line for my pool. After a dozen non-returned calls over several months he finally picked up my call and told me it wasn't his issue and to get the pool guys to fix it. When I told him they would charge me to do so, he basically said, "that's your problem, not mine". Not impressed.
Harassing women cyclist by employees riding this truck is so bad. HR should do more to train their employees
If you want a bunch of immature grown men who like to harass strangers on the street from their company vehicle doing your sprinklers, then I'd highly recommend this company!
