I called in to get a quote for services and to ask for the sales man to come out and take a look at my yard. We agreed he would come in two days. Sales man never showed up, never called. It seems as if they do not care about customer service. UPDATE - Owner responded to my review below, a week ago. The owner says "we would love to make you a special offer", and yet I still have not received a call. This is a classic example of lip service. I had this service last year but didn’t extend it to this year since I wanted an all in one lawn care with mowing. They showed up anyway and sprayed the day after my new service had sprayed. I called and left a voicemail explaining the above and I wouldn’t be paying for the service. No response. They’ve now billed me again. I’m not paying for a service I didn’t ask for and didn’t want. All green I’m not your customer. Only gave you a star so I could post. Was only your customer for a season in 2024. I’ve noticed a similar co... read more
What a major disappointment. This has been the absolute worst customer service that we ever have had. We have had this lawn service for over 5 years and absolutely loved the employees and the customer service. We trusted them so much that we would prepay for the following year. This year nobody showed up. Claims the driver got into an accident. They assured us that there would be somebody to fill in as soon as possible. They did 1 treatment and I canceled my service with them. Have alot on dandelions in back yard. They are harassing me with phone calls everyday
