this is a great company. i saw so much beautiful stone but i was able to narrow it down to one i loved. they told me i can pick exactly what i want from the slab.after i picked my favorite spot they came back 2 days later with my granite and sink. they are so nice and fast. i will recommend them.
Horrible customer service – Pros: low prices, pretty extensive granite selection, fast turnaround. Cons: 1. everything is extra money, including some edges that are standard in other places 2. they require 1/2 money upfront during templating and the rest with bank check at the time of delivery before installing, which means if something goes wrong, you're stuck, they have your money, you can't cancel bank check. With customer service, we train our staff to have outmost respect for every client & all staff are required to act professionally. With deposits we simply require a 50% at time of template b/c we send a technician to your home. Intimidating tactics are not tolerated, if you provide details & contact info we will fully investigate.
BEST GRANITE COMPANY IN DANBURY!!! – I just re-did my kitchen. I went to three granite places before purchasing at All Granite and Marble on Mill Plain Rd. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The knowledgable sales person guided me through the process. I was so impressed with her knowledge and expertise. they have an amazing selection and fast service. i would recommend. im happy with the way my kitchen turned out.
I'm very happy with my kitchen and bath remodel. The prices and selection are amazing and so was the service. I had my template and installation done the same week. I even got a chance to pick the exact pieces for each room! Money well spent.
