20 Jan 2026 Posted a review 7 months ago. See below. Took our JGC back here for a service. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the care and professionalism these boys have. Gave the car a THOROUGH check over and clearly listed everything we need to monitor, over and above what needed servicing. They treated our car as it it was their own. If you have a Jeep don't waste your time elsewhere, this place is the place to be, extremely knowledgeable down to earth friendly service. Job done right 1st time every time, will HIGHLY RECOMMEND AAA+++
Highly recommended All Grand Cherokee Parts and Service, l had a massive list of issues with my 2014 jeep grand cherokee overland v8 such as cooling system, heater issues, engine light on,sensors plus more, the team at All Grand smashed it out of the park, very friendly, very knowledgeable, price was amazing and the amount of work done in a quick time, they done the job and even went beyond expectations. I will definitely be back in the future for more work, 100% the go to guys in Victoria for all your Jeep needs.
I think you should change your business name. Remove the "All" because as Tam very bluntly told me, they don't deal with Jeeps older than 2011. Also, I have a message for Tam. Even if a customer has a Jeep that you don't service, there is no need to be rude or greet customers with an unfriendly blank face!
