Yep! It's ALL GOOD! In fact they are Better than Good! Every time I call and drop off is such an easy and pleasant experience. Recently I had a headlight out, and they replaced it. (One of those extremely hard to get to bulbs also!) For some reason the bulb went out in a day or 2. But they were on it and warranted their work and also took the time to examine anything that could have led to the bulb going out so quickly. Their prices are also very reasonable! After bad and expensive experiences with oil changes at Valvoline and Midas, I wanted to try local for the first time. These guys came up highly recommended by RVA Reddit. I had to leave my car for a day, but I was charged about 50% less than the big corporations and they threw in a state inspection for $20. The dude at the counter was also super nice. I will definitely be going here more!
Could not recommend Chris and All Good Automotive more. Took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee here for inspection and everything was honest and easy start to finish. I was so happy with the service I immediately scheduled another appointment to get some recommended services done after he gave me a fair quote. Highly recommend this place!
