We called and they came out to our house and gave us an estimate. After our approval they came back and did the installation in about an hour. The work was completed by noon. Nice to have found a quality company that actually does what they say…when they say. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants quick work with quality to boot. I am a repeat customer, because they did a great job replacing our window screen that the sneaky-neighbor-cat tore up. They are also reasonably priced. They may have a week or so turn-around (just ask them about timing), but that is because they are so busy, which is always a good sign to me.

The staff are all so nice and very helpful. We always come here for screen repair and replacement. They work fast and are reasonable in price.

I'd give absolutely NO stars if I could. This place is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. It's not just 1 mistake that's caused me to write this review.. it's several. Every time my family done business with them they've messed up the job. Resulting in an even longer waiting period. My 72 yr old father ordered a replacement screen for his house.
