I hope the manager or owner reads this reviews as what I experience in your shop was no where near any level of service that any custom should received. I went into the shop to inquire about 2 windows that I need replacing in the early part of October 2023. Technician came out and measured the glass, I followed up after that, and confirmed it was ok to proceed with the order. In December of 2023 I called to follow up and see the status of the order. Horrible service, extremely rude especially Ian, never show up on time as per appointment given, showed up an hour earlier than appointment, other times a hour late when we were not home checked the security footage and now asking for $65 for missed service call he is loosing his marbles!!! Go somewhere else
