I had a glass cooktop backsplash installed by this company. While the quality of the final product and installation is very good, the overall experience was disappointing. It took three months from the initial quote visit to installation, and I had to chase them so many times just to get a quote. Wow, what a fantastic experience at all glass and mirror Coogee.. on a Friday under the pump, all about my needs and wants. Ralph just breezed thru the work for us, threw in some tips from his four decades of practice, and we were on our way.. At first I thought Ralph may have been a a bored and crusty stalwart of mirrors and glass. How refreshing, this retail factory albeit compact will have is for life..
