Wow these guys really know what service means and how to trat a customer. Professional, super responsive and just a delight to deal with. If i could give 20/10 I would...i could not be happier with my fly wire screens and black splash back...Thank you to all.
Excellent service to replace a smashed glass door. Clear and thorough communications from Julia in the office. Tradie arrived ON TIME! and worked carefully to install the new door. Cleaned up beautifully and I sent him off with some freshly baked banana bread! And the quote was 75% of the other quote I got. Recommend this company.
I purchased 2 shower screens and was very explicit about wanting a radius (curved) edge. I sent pictures and got confirmation back that that was what I was getting. I ended up with 90 degree edges and when I queried this I was told the guy who measured for the screens "assumed" I was having 90 degree corners and put it on the paper work. Not only were there no apologies but apparently this was my fault. There are plenty of companies that do this work - my advice is go elsewhere. These guys were amazing through every step of the job! Dave came and measure and checked the job immediately, Julia was all over the admin side and then Michael and Adam who did the install got the job done super quickly with plenty of care and attention to detail AND they didn't whinge despite having to manoeuvre a 180kg glass door into place! All round great experience for what i thought was going to be a very stressful job.
As a business owner I need fast action when a commercial building needs a glass replacement, All Glass team are on point every time, same day when necessary for security, these people deliver every time.
