Wow, this shop impressed me in every way! I have found the shop for me! Why do I say that? Let me tell you = one cannot go just anywhere for services needed on Mini Coopers. One has to go to places educated, trained and experienced on servicing Minis. I was not pleased re other places I had used so was shopping for a new-to-me place w/a gd rep.. Customer experience was terrific! They were able to help with my issue on a Mini Countryman when no one else was willing to help! Will be taking my cars to All German Performance for everything possible from now on even though I live 40 minutes away.
Took my Dad's Audi in for oil change. Everything went well the a couple days later I thought it was leaking oil so went back. They were extremely considerate and patient about my concern - looking into it though they saw no sign of oil. It turned out I was wrong but they never made me feel dumb about it. Good shop in my opinion.
I have serviced my Audi Q7 at that shop for seven years (since the time of purchase). These are my ratings based on my experiences during this time. 4/5- service. No issues changing oil and rotating tires. (I did not give them 5 stars only because they do not offer a loaner.) 0/5- spare parts. Whether I needed to get a new windshield wiper or new brake pads, they needed to order the part first and I would have to bring the vehicle for service one more time. 0/5- troubleshooting issues. Took my wife’s Audi sq7 in for some error codes and the guys were able to diagnose and get it fixed up fast and under expected cost. Very professional. Couldn’t be more pleased. Will be a return customer.
