I was reluctant to take my car anywhere to have it repaired due to being jerked around for years by mechanics and dealerships. After waiting almost too long to take my car in for repairs, I called these guys to schedule an appointment for my 2009 VW Passat. I was able to drop it off just a few hours later. Great experience with AGP. I brought my Audi in for a 2nd opinion on high dealership estimate for repairs. They were thorough and honest, discussing the pros and cons of proceeding with an expensive repair that ultimately was warranted (knowing presumably this would not make them money). I was deeply appreciative. Would come back for any service I needed on a German car.
Wow, this shop impressed me in every way! I have found the shop for me! Why do I say that? Let me tell you = one cannot go just anywhere for services needed on Mini Coopers. One has to go to places educated, trained and experienced on servicing Minis. I was not pleased re other places I had used so was shopping for a new-to-me place w/a gd rep.. Customer experience was terrific! They were able to help with my issue on a Mini Countryman when no one else was willing to help! Will be taking my cars to All German Performance for everything possible from now on even though I live 40 minutes away.
Took my Dad's Audi in for oil change. Everything went well the a couple days later I thought it was leaking oil so went back. They were extremely considerate and patient about my concern - looking into it though they saw no sign of oil. It turned out I was wrong but they never made me feel dumb about it. Good shop in my opinion.
