Our Airconditioner failed during the middle of winter. My wife was ill at that time and Matt Hobbs from, All General Airconditioner came out and advised the old Airconditioner needed to be replaced. We went for a new Actron System. Matt arranged to have it installed immediately. The installation staff were fantastic and left the site clean and tidy. The technician that attended my apartement was completely incompetent and useless. Visited 3 times and NEVER identified the problem. The building manager had to step in and engage his contractor, who fixed the problem on the first attendence. Do Not Use Them.
Provided a video to help us fix problem... saved us a repair visit. Very grateful
