I had the tech Adrian come out last week and this week (separate issue) and both times he was awesome. Faulty Actron control units were sorted out. Fast, friend and efficient. Also spent extra time explaining a few things I didn't know about the unit.
I had All General attempt to perform a warranty repair on my ActronAir conditioner. The technician who arrived seemed disinterested, but I understand we all have off days. After spending just five minutes with the unit, he claimed that the repair couldn't be done without removing the unit. This led to nearly two months of frustrating negotiations with ActronAir, during which they insisted I pay for the warranty repair. We have used All General Air Con over the past few years and I highly recommend them! Prompt appointments with a really nice bunch of guys! The office staff are super friendly and very responsive. Prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs there services.

I had 2 Mitsubishi electric AC split cycle units installed and am very happy with the outcome. The staff at the office are very good to deal with and gave me advice during my renovation (was advised to delay the AC install by 1-2 weeks after floors were sanded and polished, and to hold off painting my walls until the new smaller AC unit was installed).
