I’m very satisfied with their service. I request quote for upgrading wall controller, splitting zones from 3 to 4, adding sensors on each zones and relocating the outdoor unit. The quote I received was extremely competitive and well priced. All the technicians that came in were very professional and did their job well. Anything that had to be rectified was done promptly. Customer support was also very helpful! 10/10

The All General team (including office staff) have been super responsive and obliging from start to finish! I had two old units replaced, and the new Actron's are quieter, more efficient and I love now having remote access via the app. Thanks to Michael for his knowledge and recommendations!
