John was very polite, and kept me involved with what he was doing to our boiler, great service, and did a great job, and this is the 1st time I had actually seen the inside of our boiler. We had another company who was supposed to have serviced our boiler, it only took them 10 minutes, once a year job, for the money we paid, it was a rip off. So very pleased with the work you did, thank you😊
I had a faulty boiler replaced. The plumber had a look at the old boiler to assess the faults. I got a quote back the same day with options to repair or replace. It was an old boiler with several faults, so i decided to replace. Within a week the plumbers were back and fitted the new boiler. Very tidy job and all completed within a day. Communication was very good throughout and I was happy with the price, given the good quality of work that was done. I would certainly recommend this company to others.
All Gas Services Lincoln Ltd has done the service of our boiler, also changed some parts and some small plumbing work in December 2024. All was done nicely and smoothly by then. Today, I've had a small issue with the heating system. Jon has attended within an hour and sort the issue out. They're very responsive, prompt and professional.
