While this company did replace a gear despite pressuring me to pay them over 2k for a new garage door install, I later discovered I was charged 4x what the industry standard is. $350 for a part that costs $20 and $500 for 10 min spent replacing. I have called them 4x over 7 days to dispute the charges and was told each time that a supervisor would call me back but they haven’t.
