I got a chance to get the guy's name that made this experience bad he was the bad Apple his name is Ross from what I heard his co-workers calling. Will the issue is I watched him damage my desk not saying that it was intentional at all but I seen it's happened but the guy would not own up to it even though an apology would have been good enough
We contacted Alex to help us deliver a large conference table and base to a corporate client. The 3 person crew was professional and had the equipment to do the job successfully. When we ran into a few issues the crew was very patient and helped with the solutions to get the 150 pound table base and the 600 pound crate to the second floor conference room. We had a last minute date change for delivery that they were able to make. Overall great customer service, would use them again and highly recommend them!
