I have a clean, well-maintained 2020 Amarok TDI 580, which I tow a fifth-wheel caravan with. First-time customer. Ordered bonnet struts over Christmas/New Year and they arrived in 2 days — super impressive. Noticed during install that I was sent two RH struts (one was double-labelled as LH). No worries, mistakes happen. Emailed them and Matt replied the same day, organised the correct part via Express Post and even told me to keep the extra as a spare.
