Drive shaft I replaced started to make a noise so I videoed the noise while rotating the wheel and reported it to Rowan. He advised it was just outside the warranty period but would check with the boss. I received a replacement shaft in 2 days. That’s excellent customer service. Thank you Rowan and All Four x4. I will certainly shop here again.

There is many reasons why i use AllFourx4 for many of our second hand parts and engines. I recently had a warranty issue with an engine and the problem was resolved immediately by Jeff, The only concern Jeff had was that we had a happy customer and that us as a small business were not left in the lurch, they diagnosed the issue for free, gave us all the information needed to rectify it and happily covered the cost for the customer.
