DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS. We had them come out and essentially rebuild an entire pier-and-beam foundation in San Antonio in February 2020. In September the home moved - including the kitchen going up - and they told us it was due to erosion. THAT'S NOT HOW EROSION WORKS. They also refused to honor their 1 year warranty. Citing the GC's removal of the skirt as a warranty voiding item - which was never mentioned and is nowhere in writing - they quoted us a ridiculous repair price. 4 other companies told us any... read more

The property in questions was inspected as a warranty inspection. Upon arriving, the skirting was completely damaged around the home in which we installed after the leveling of home. The skirting was removed improperly by a GC hired by the homeowner. We were not notified that the skirting was torn off, so posts were left exposed to water and rain for an amount of time, again we were not told or aware of. Worst experience ever! Salesperson give me a price a little higher than the other two bids, promising that he was the best. 1. My plumber reopened some holes this company did to do plumbing work and I discovered that they did not tie the rebars property leaving the cement very weak. 2.They left air holes under foundations, so I had more cracks than usual in each room and had to pay $1,500 to fix them after 4 months. 3.
