AFD Body Shop did an awesome job with my Telsa. Paul assisted me with my claim and help me through the process of the work that needed to be done to my vehicle. He always went out of his way to update me on the status of the work via email or called me directly. Paul was very knowledgeable and very professional. Front desk and the rest of the staff that I was able to speak with were all welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone needing repairs done to their vehicles.
DISHONEST AND WITHOUT INTEGRITY TOP TO BOTTOM. Received car back with several defects in workmanship. The worst of which is a severe water leak in the rear door the repairs. They refuse to repair it saying it’s wear and tear on the seals but I have a subscription car wash and took it through the car wash every week and it never leaked until I got it back from their shop. They also lied and said they tested it and both sides leak to try to act like it was wear and tear but I removed all the panels and tested it myself and it ... read more

My Tacoma is my baby. It recently sustained some accidental damage to the bumper so I took it to AFD upon recommendation from Toyota Town. I wasn’t going to go anywhere else. That’s who Toyota Town recommended, so that’s where I was going. I called and brought my truck in the same day. I was a little nervous though cuz I was wondering what it would look like after it was fixed, my truck being my baby and all. But nope! They did an excellent job on the repairs. This is the second time I’ve been to AFD, the first time my insurance sent me there for repairs after an accident. The work was great, I dealt with John and he walked me through every step of the repair process. I received timely updates on my vehicles status and when I got my car back it looked great. This second time I decided to take my truck in and have the hood replaced. I dealt with Paul, he took one look at the hood and told me he didnt think it needed to be replaced, he gave me a quote to strip it down, fill in any i... read more
