This is the second time I’ve been to AFD, the first time my insurance sent me there for repairs after an accident. The work was great, I dealt with John and he walked me through every step of the repair process. I received timely updates on my vehicles status and when I got my car back it looked great. This second time I decided to take my truck in and have the hood replaced. Worst Experience ever has my car in the shop for 4 weeks plus and keeps delaying the car I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
I was sent here a few months ago due to an accident. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was in good hands and my vehicle would be taken care of. John Berwick and his team, went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my vehicle before I drove it off their parking lot. The personal service they provide, speaks measures to me. I have never had such amazing service like this, for any of my vehicles. Thank you John, for your compassion and honesty.
