I was very anxious about boarding my cat while I went out of town for over a week due to a death in the family. My cat is my baby, but he is aggressive and does not like anyone other than me. I told the staff he was “spicy” and tended to be more aggressive towards other people and animals. They were reassuring and supportive that they would be able to take care of him and keep him as comfortable as possible. We just recently started taking cats here and it has been a great experience. They are reasonably priced. You can tell they really love animals and are so gentle/sweet with our pets. Our cats really like them! Everyone who works here are so so nice, personable, and have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. Recently I had to bring my (human) baby with me while I had my two cats, they helped me with loading and unloading the car - that small gesture speaks volumes for the care they have for their clients!
