I had a horrible experience during the 6 months that I was a customer. The vet is not capable of caring for a “sick dog” or one that presents with issues...as in my case aspiration pneumonia. I would run far away from this establishment. Unfortunately even after my horrible experiences it took me a couple months to find a new vet/get an appt for new patients due to covid. RecommendedI called for help for my 9 month old kitten who is having health issues...while they weren't able to take my cat as a new PT, Dominique went above and beyond to help me find a vet who would help me. I'm so pleased with my experience with them. All other local vets were extremely rude and unprofessional.

This vet used to be in Southington...very unprofessional and not thorough at all!
They are very good about scheduling and appointment reminders. The staff was very accommodating and provided me plenty of time to discuss my dog's health and well being.
