Love all of the amazing instructors at all for one! I mainly see Hailey for her incredible Pilates sessions. Cannot speak highly enough about the way Hailey runs her sessions and trains you. Her classes are so creative to train your muscles in different ways, never repetitive or boring. Always so enjoyable and strong. Such a powerhouse. All for one studios is a great venue. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Clinical Pilates if you have any issues you want fixed, the team take the time to listen and check in every session to tailor the exercises to your needs.
I found All For One online in my search for a local physio that could assess my lower back pain issues and tailor a treatment plan for me. I couldn’t be happier, the staff are friendly and supportive, the studio is clean and well equipped and there’s plenty of class options and times. I’m already feeling an improvement with how my back feels after two weeks, thanks Phoebe :)
I love it here - back again after a many month hiatus. My first class back showed me how much strength I have lost: I’m not doing that again! Looking forward to getting back to my better, stronger self.
It’s great to build a connection with the All for One staff, who know just when to challenge me. Tahlia’s commitment to correct form and corrections in Reformer makes the difference. Jackson’s tailored PT program keeps me engaged and progressing. Highly recommended
