I love being a part of the All For One community at Yaraville! Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I haven't been into fitness in a bit now so was really skeptical getting back. Regular gym felt too overwhelming, I wanted to start and work out at my own pace, it was their Spin class that drew me to the gym, but now I am loving being a part of their Yoga, Pilates and Boxing classes. I don't feel like a noob as I try to find my rhythm. Highly recommend AO, you will be working out with friends ♥️

Great trainers, awesome energy, and a fantastic environment to train in. The workouts are always varied, keeping things interesting, and there’s always a good laugh along the way. Since joining, I’ve noticed much less muscle tension and feel stronger, more mobile, and generally better. Highly recommend All For One!

I have seen two different specialist physios (back and pelvic floor), 2 different massage therapists (male and female) and have been doing clinically supervised Pilates for 6 months. The level of integrity, warmth and professionalism from everyone including administration staff has been reliable, consistent, supportive and the best I have ever had. Rare to find this from a single venue/service. I have made huge progress in my multifactor issues, feel optimistic, empowered and excited for the future.

I’ve been a member of All For One coming up 6 years now and can truly say it’s not only the classes, but the people, that add value to my days. With the range of classes and services available, I can go in for a Pilates class and potentially finish up with an infrared sauna session on one visit. Hosanna’s classes hit that sweet spot with the right amount of challenge. I always come away feeling that I have pushed myself to my limits, which is very satisfying. I would highly recommend Hosanna to anyone wanting challenging but enjoyable and supportive Pilates classes.
