Two previous employees are now gone. The "real" owners are back in charge. They fixed a problem I had before. This is a neat place. They save any old obsolete parts they come across so if you want to restore any "Vintage" windows (like me). You may find your parts here. If you had a past problem, just ask for Michael. He will try his best to fix it.
The store has only two people, the husband does repairs and the wife works at reception. The manpower and supply is limited. I called for window balance bar and was told $25 each, but when I got here, the price raised to $35! The parts were very dirty, badly rusted, and dented. They look like used. I checked price with others, the new part sold in Bliss Window and Screen nearby is $20, fully refundable, and the online price is only $10.75. I have no idea where they got 5-star reviews. This business is not honest. I live in Maryland and have a rental property in Florida. I paid $834 deposit to replace window balance rods. I told Amy, the owner, I had to go back to Maryland in four days and Amy agreed to finish the job in 3 days. However, her husband neither showed up for the appointment nor called me to reschedule.
