We had a very disappointing experience with All Florida Title LLC on one of our new construction homes. The property went under contract on 2/18/2026 with Julie Wittmer as the agent, and their office even began coordination shortly after. Closing was scheduled for 4/7/2026, yet we received zero communication about any issues the entire time.
