I have been a customer of this insurance broker for a while now. Last week I called to get a quote on the phone for an additional vehicle that I wanted to add to my policy and the lady was so rude!!! I had to repeat myself lots of times and it seems to me like she wasn’t paying full attention on what she was doing. It is very unfortunate that I have been a customer for almost a year and Viviana doesn’t have an idea on customer service. She is rude and very unprofessional. I have been trying to get a reimbursement of $485 dollars for the past month because the have no idea on what they are doing and today after waiting for this money I had to call the company to get this problem solved.
