I Absolutely love the home that John and his team built for us. We started from scratch with a less than ideal peace of land to build on. John saw the potential and made our idea into reality. Seeing everything come to life is truly a unique and amazing experience. I have nothing but positive things to say about the build quality, communication throughout the build, and the costs. I highly recommend All Florida Custom Homes for your next build/project.
I debated for a long time about writing this review, but since we purchased our home we have had constant issues with the roof. All Florida Custom Homes replaced the roof on my home in January of 2018. We purchased the home not long after that. The first leak we found was in April of 2019. I called the owner of All Florida Custom Homes on 4/2/2019 and was given the runaround, telling me there are no warranties and to call someone else. We have had issue after issue each year and found patches of roof not covered/secured prop... read more
