We just had the best experience getting new carpet, WOW! Jeanette is so helpful and communicative, she was able to help us sort through so many different samples and have trials samples sent to us many many times. Once we decided, we needed to have it put it by a certain date and rather quickly and she made that happen for us. I also have to say that the team that installs it was also excellent and not day laborers off the street, but take pride in their work. Price was perfect for us too.
