Where to start.. 1) I asked for flooring that doesn’t dent or chip. My floors are like cardboard on the bottom, so much chipped away especially between all the seams have worn away it’s so ugly it’s depressing. I was afraid to speak up and by the time I did, they said I was barely over the 1 year manufacturer warranty and can’t do anything about it…they lied. Working with the team at All Floors & Interior has been a flawless experience. I met with Jordan at my home. He was quick, respectful, on-time, and pleasant to chat with. After that everything was coordinated through Yoko who was great to work with. I felt like my project was important to them and I received great pricing for quality material. The team was professional, efficient, and the finished result looks great.
