I had good service up until I signed the contract in early August and paid the deposit - then I didn't hear anything. I kept following up and being told Alex would call me back but he never did. I was eventually told the particular floor boards were difficult to acquire but after 2-3 months I was making my own enquiries with other flooring companies who said they could source the timber and that they usually take 4 weeks to get the job done. Appalling service. Laid faulty floorboards. Made multiple complaints over the course of a 23 month period to have those specific boards replaced yet still no resolution. I kept being told that someone would come out to replace the boards. I then never heard back. At one point the supplier (Premium Floors) came out to look at the boards and I was told they would be replaced and then I heard nothing. Recently had the team install a new vinyl plank flooring at work and Alex was great to deal with for the right product before Lee came along and laid the flooring brilliantly. Recommend this business to anyone for home or work jobs.
