Called due to a camper not starting. We let them.know that we had a squirrel that had been under the vehicle and suspected a wire had been chewed. We asked if they could fix something like that and get under vehicle. They stated they could.The tech showed up and did a diagnostic and said it must be a disconnected wire. He even asked my husband to jump the vehicle for him. Then stated he couldn't fix it charged us 400.00 for nothing. It was a scam. Don't call them to come to you. They will not fix your problem. Very lazy!!

Was called to repair broken wire in range sensor and tech came left truck running killed large patch grass never got under rig tech said unable to work on not something they do. I got under rig myself and spliced wires. I called due to fact I was told they could do this and I was worried there was more to reair. I was charged full service call plus diagnostics for no service.
