Terrible, don’t use them. A small job of brake adjustment at a weigh station in Pleasant Prairie WI that took the mechanic 20 mins cost me $666.55. How? 195 for service call trip, 195 labor, 97 return trip, 46.80 fuel surcharge and 34.75. The lady I booked call with made it sound like it was gonna be 390 bring such a minor job. They’re highway robbers.

I brought my truck 4/25/26 for maintenance for issues that need fixing and the trans and engine looked at and the guy told me it should take 2-3 days for results. He said $150 for whole service. I went to grab my truck on 5/22/26 because these people just take forever to do anything. I’ve called countless times and everyone there just kept telling me bs. Operator and people at shop. All Fleet responded quickly and got us back on the road with no hassle. The technician was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Solid service all around.
