Ron is first and foremost very knowledgeable! He's also friendly, encouraging and helpful. He's tailored exercises specific to my needs and I'm mending things that have been off-kilter for eons. I've never had a trainer before. I'm 2 months in and really glad I gave it a try. I might just be hooked.
An extraordinary, special, local gym. We got great results in semi-private training for 12 weeks with Logan and loved every minute of it (well except for the ladder workouts :-)). Logan really knew his stuff and led us through appropriate workouts that took into account our particular needs. Worth the investment of time and money.
Logan does a great job demonstrating each workout clearly and making sure I’m using the correct form throughout. He is always attentive, offering helpful corrections and tips that really make a difference.
Kat is a great trainer, she is always cheerful and fun. She makes sure we are working out correctly. I always enjoy her class and working out at All Fit
