I’ve had individual sessions with Liz & a group session. I enjoyed both, but the individual sessions will help me achieve my goals. She is knowledgeable & it’s apparent that this is her true gift. She is patient & encouraging. She is my first personal trainer & I know that I’m in good hands!
ALL F.I.T is a great place to get fit and Liz is an amazing trainer, biz owner, not to mention so nice and always positive. The vibe there is warm, welcoming, and upbeat. Great place for kids to train. ALL F.I.T is worth the experience and a fun place to get your fitness on. Tomma R.
