Called for appointment for repair on gas stove that wasn't heating up. Quoted me price $153.17 then charged $306.34 double the price when completed never informed me of the quoted price only being 1/2 the price of job. I'm a senior citizen on fixed income and can't afford $306.34 double the price for repairs.
Non responsive after a deposit placed for a part. No communications for two months during which time we are without an oven.
I am a construction professional with over 25 years of experience and I had a very bad experience with All First, Inc. They cancelled appointments on me twice. Additionally, I had to help them remove my oven because the tech helper did not show up. After they replaced my part for over $450.00, the oven still displayed the same symptom a week later.
