It's been a month and they still haven't put my pottery in the oven. After charging me $56.00 upfront. Terrible service. By your response does that mean, If it ever gets completed, it will be thrown in the garbage, then? Or just wait, wait and wait some more till complete?... That might have a bearing as to if I want to refund or not., update 8/16/26. Thrown away no phone call ever! :,( no response requesting a refund!!!!
I am not one to review but leaving this studio I was super disappointed with employees and the quality of product. As a business it is super important to train your employees proper customer service and the type of quality being released. It was our first time in this specific studio and we were never greeted or assisted until we grabbed all of our supplies. Luckily for us this was not our first experience in a pottery studio. Something for everyone. We took my my dad for his 70th birthday. He loved it. We made fairy gardens and my daughter did the pottery. Will be back.
