Came to this place twice, and both times the staff was extremely unfriendly and downright rude. After our first visit, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the girl was just having a bad day or something. But the next time we came back, the same girl was working (short girl with black glasses) and she was just as rude the second time. We had such a great time at The Hot Spot! The environment was calm, welcoming, and perfect for spending time with the kids. Aubree and Ale were both incredibly nice and sweet—they went above and beyond by even helping clean the kids up, which we really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back
Honest review here: I have to say this team is WAY better then the last team! It's clear there is some newer and friendlier faces, any negative reviews from the last few months leading in late 2025 are honestly irrelevant. This team is sick! I came in on what seemed like one of their busiest days and was able to squeeze in with my family, although the ladies behind the counter were extremely busy they still managed to help with tips and tricks for my pottery piece and were very attentive, both Tatianna and Krysta were incredibly helpful. And I WILL be returning, what a fun place!
Great place to be creative, pottery, candles, and more. Krysta and Bree O were so nice and helpful explaining all the different activities that you can do. Candle making was fun, would recommend to friends and family. :-)
