It's a cool little spot wood painting, ceramics, slime and a few other crafty things. We booked a birthday party for (15) young girls, between the ages of 9 and 12 years. The party and crafts were great, the sad part is the accomodations could have been better thought out. The company asked most of the parents to "leave the birthday party" because they could only have four parents in there during the party. It's been a month and they still haven't put my pottery in the oven. After charging me $56.00 upfront. Terrible service. By your response does that mean, If it ever gets completed, it will be thrown in the garbage, then? Or just wait, wait and wait some more till complete?... That might have a bearing as to if I want to refund or not., update 8/16/26. Thrown away no phone call ever! :,( no response requesting a refund!!!!
I am not one to review but leaving this studio I was super disappointed with employees and the quality of product. As a business it is super important to train your employees proper customer service and the type of quality being released.
