I purchased a box of HVAC filters from All-Filters, Inc. and I will not purchase from them again. All-Filters makes it hard to do business with. After the box arrived I found that some of the filters were damaged. These damaged filters will not slide into the filter space of my HVAC unit because the damage caused them to be deformed and catch when trying to slide them into the space that holds the air filter. I would not recommend this company. They shipped me a water filter that did not fit my refrigerator. When I let them know that the filter didn't fit they sent me another that still did not fit Then incredibly I had to pay to send back the incorrect filters to them in order to get a credit. When I objected it was to no avail. Poor customer service!

Will not order from them again. Very slow to ship. Had to dig to find info on my order. Still not satisfied with the answer I got.
