Had a leaking foundation on the side of the house. Received a couple of referrals from friends. One concrete contractor was out of business. All Fields of Concrete checked out on the "Better Business Bureau" website ... Triple A rating. I checked the Better Business Bureau because all of the fraud in Chicago. All Fields of Concrete fixed the leak ... I recommend them. And more importantly my wife is happy !!!
All Fields Of Concrete did a fantastic job. The Owner camer out within 45 minutes after I called him. He gave me a price to find the cracks in the foundation behind my basement paneled walls. He found two leaks & 3 cracks. He then gave me a price to permanantly fix my foundation leaks. He came beack in three hours with a crew of his workers & they did a wonderful job. We were trying to get one more year out of our Concrete Stairs Before replacing them. Then after the first good blast of freezing weather the Stairs collapsed sending the landing of the Porch into the basement. We met With the Owner the same day we calles. Mr. Fitzgerald came out explained all our options & gave us his personal recomendations of the best ones. He was able to provide us with his License, & General Liability & Work Man's Comp Insurance as well as Provide us with many letters of recommendation & Complaint free awards from the Better Business Bureau. I was very impressed By All Fields of Concrete. I met with the Owner who was actually on time. He Started the Job the day he said he would & completed the work in the timeframe he said he would. He gave me a copy of his insurance to keep. He is Licensed with the city of chicago & gave me a copy of his License & had a perfect Record with the better Business Bureau. My Husband & I met with there estimator John who was the only Contractor on time for the interview. He went over our Basement Floor, Wooden Main Beam, & Columns. He was quick to point out the footings were undersized for the City of Chicago & to revise them now before going in for a permit & havng them rejected. We Gave All Fields of Concrete the job. His men arrived in company trucks & were very professional. The Job was kept very clean. No fumes or dust got in the house. All debri was removed daily in dump trucks. They bro... read more
These Guys are the Best. I seen them working on a job a few blocks away from my house. Everyone was American & spoke English, They were all well manned & in company attire. All there Equipment was theres & company marked. They cleaned the job up very well each day. That put up safety barricades each day. So I knocked on the owners house after they were done & he was so impressed with the work that they did he told me he even gave him a hundred bucks extra. So I gave All Fields of Concrete a call. Mike Fitzgerald and his crew got the work done on time and on budget. My concrete stairs look great. He was referred to me by another professor. All Fields of Concrete is a member of the Better Business Bureau which means a lot because of all the horror stories about contractor scams in the Chicagoland area. He also has a valid mason license. Would highly recommend
