Wasted my time. Specifically told them this is a small project to repair a section. Made sure they do this prior to coming out. Get here and say have a couple thousand dollar minimum and my job is way under this. wasted my entire day. I told the guy I specifically asked and let them know this was a very small job, he told me " we come out anyway to try and talk you into a larger job and redo your entire fence". They were very knowledgeable and within 2 weeks by fence was installed.
I've used this company a few time for various properties. Each time they gave me a fair estimate. The work was completed in a clean manner.
Three years ago I hired them to replace two fences in my home. At that time, they were great. I made the MAJOR mistake thinking good service in past meant the same today. Fast forward to April 2023. I hired them, gave them a $1700 deposit and money to deal with my ***. They pulled a permit before getting *** approval. Do not work with this company paid in full before city approved and now they are not coming out to fix. Do not give this company your money

Consider choosing another company if you have very high expectations regarding level of professional courtesy. Those poor women in the office have to constantly field calls in order to cover for the others, supposedly in charge, who have poor communication skills, or they just pass the buck....TO the OWNER or OWNERS ... maybe it's YOU that doesn't care about your business reputation, employees, or the likelihood for future referrals.
