Mi familia de Herreros y yo hemos usado este negocio por 20+ años. La señora, Linda, creo que se llama, siempre muy atenta y amable. Hoy ya no esta. Los empleados que hoy estan no tienen ni lanexperien ni en cuatomer service, ni la experiencia en los materiales que venden, como para responder las preguntas que un cliente tiene en todos los negocios. Lastima de esa gente que solo trabaja por la necesidad del.dinero y no estan dispuestas a tener profesionalidad o disfrutar lobque hacen para mantener a una familia.
( I have to give them two stars because the material handler gave me some old polls with rust.mixed with some new polls . I did not notice until I started installing the pipes. Make sure to doublecheck your materials before you leave) I brought this to Sandra‘s attention, and she gladly replaced the rusty pipes I’m giving them five stars.
