Extremely poor communication in general re appointments and extremely unreliable. I’ve had a very, very poor experience with this company and would not trust them to do any work on schedule if I were to engage their services. I also found the lady receptionist incredibly rude, she had an absolute lack of customer service ability and did not have the full picture regarding the string of miscommunications made by staff before pointing blame at me. Attended within 24hrs of call. Replaced faulty security lights with a much better type. All good.
At very short notice I rang All Faze and they were able to fix a fault so my water pump was running again. Thanks so much. They have done all our electrical work and as always fantastic service.
