A first call when you need animal health products and rodent control baits etc.
Ordered online and as I needed the product quickly I selected express post so it would be here within the week. Item was sent out Monday and it’s now tue the following week and it has still not arrived. I contacted Australia post and was told a refund for posting costs which was over $20 could be refunded but the seller would need to contact them as they are the ones who organised it.
